Sanguine Dev

The pre-production world.

Every change to Sanguine lands here first, before it goes to the live game. It is a separate server with separate accounts, so nothing you do here touches your live character, and your normal Sanguine install is left alone. Expect restarts: every update logs everyone out at once.

Windows macOS (Apple silicon) Linux Launcher jar (needs Java 11)

The app is called SanguineDev and wears a blue S with a hammer, so it never gets mixed up with the live one. It keeps everything in its own folder (~/.sanguine-dev) and updates the client itself every time you start it.

Getting started

  1. Download the app for your system and open it. On macOS, right-click it and choose Open the first time.
  2. Log in with any username and password. A new name makes a new account.

Using the launcher jar instead: install Java 11 (it has to be 11), then run java -jar sanguine-launcher-dev.jar.

Type ::bug in game to open the report form, write what happened and send it. It goes to the server log along with where you were standing.
